For people with or needing blood test for liver disorders, it is important to remember that if you are on MSM nutritional supplement and you ever need to have liver function testing, you should stop taking the MSM four days before the test.
This is not because the MSM can do any damage to the liver, it is just that the MSM in your body may, in these cases, give some false liver enzymes positive results. You can resume using MSM after the test.
This is basically so you avoid getting medical treatments that you really do not need and also because the medical community is not aware of this MSM fact.
